What does it mean to serve as a life group leader?
Do you have a desire to influence and encourage the people in your life? If you are thinking you might want to be a group leader, then you know how important community can be to people. As a life group leader you don't have to be perfect or have all the answers, you just have to have a heart for others. Take the next step by signing up as a group leader, and West Cobb Church will help equip you and provide you with the resources you need to lead your group with success.
What does it mean to serve with kids & preschool?
We believe it takes many people to help build-up and raise a child. We value our children's team members as they give of their time to care for and teach our children. Serve positions range from teachers, worship team members, baby holders, and so much more. If you have a passion for helping children grow we have a spot for you. All kids & preschool serve positions require a background check.
What does it mean to serve with West Cobb Worship and Production?
The West Cobb Worship and Production team allows people to let their inner creative passions shine forth. Perhaps you can sing or play an instrument and would like to help with leading worship, or your creative style leans more to the technical or visual arts; there is a place for everyone. This team strives for authentic God driven excellence. In
other words, the West Cobb Worship and Production team prepares and practices to praise and worship God to the best of their abilities; while leaving God in control to take our time of worship where He wants it to go.

What does it mean to serve with students?
Middle School & High School is a pivotal time in a student's life as they discover who they are and where they fit in God's story. If you have a drive to help guide students in their group time by listening and encouraging then serving with our students would be a great fit. All student serving positions require a background check.
What does it mean to serve with Connect Crew?
Our Connect Crew is a great way to get out and meet new people. If you like being a helping hand and a smiling face to others then guest services is just right for you. As a member of the team you may be responsible for greeting and opening doors for all our guests, helping with the coffee bar, pointing someone in the right direction on campus, building and handing out our guest gift bags, or just being a cheery face to brighten someone's day.
