For even the son of man came not to be served, but to serve...

Mark 10:45

Finding your place

Volunteering and serving in our church and community are great ways to share your story with others. God is generous in all that He does for us and He asks that we be generous as well. One way to be generous is to give of your time and energy through volunteering. We believe that God gave us all incredible and individual gifts in order to serve Him and serve others. No gift is too small or too big that God doesn't have a special place for you in His story.

Use your unique gifts to help build His Kingdom in our community and at West Cobb Church.

There is no better way to connect and know people than to work along side them. We have a spot here at West Cobb Church just for you. Still uncertain? Check out our FAQs below before signing up.

What does it mean to volunteer with kids & preschool?

We believe it takes many people to help build-up and raise a child. We value our children's volunteers as they give of their time to care for and teach our children. Volunteer positions range from teachers, worship team members, baby holders, and so much more. If you have a passion for helping children grow we have a spot for you. All kids & preschool volunteer positions require a background check.

What does it mean to volunteer with creative arts?

The creative arts team at West Cobb Church allows people to let  their inner creative passions shine forth. Perhaps you can sing or play an instrument and would like to help with leading worship, or your creative style leans more to the technical or visual arts; there is a place for everyone. This team strives for authentic God driven excellence. In other words, the creative arts team prepares and practices to praise and worship God to the best of their abilities; while leaving God in control to take our worship-time where He wants it to go.

What does it mean to volunteer with students?

Middle School & High School is a pivotal time in a student's life as they discover who they are and where they fit in God's story.
