NEED GOD?
We know life can be extremely difficult, but you don't have to do it alone! There is hope for tomorrow!
GOD’S PLAN:
God created the Earth and everything in it. He is perfectly holy, just and righteous. He created man and woman (Adam & Eve) in His image to be in relationship with Him and others; All was perfect until Adam and Eve believed the lies from the serpent (Satan). The lies were…..God was withholding something from them and if you disobey and eat off the tree in the middle of the garden, then you will be like God, knowing good from evil, without experiencing death.

MAN’S PROBLEM:
As a result of their decision, sin was committed against God and sin entered the World, bringing death to everyone, for everyone sinned.
Romans 5:12 “Just as sin entered the World through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned.”
Mankind now had to deal with physical death and separation from God.

GOD’S PROVISION:
God understood our problem and knew by ourselves we could do nothing to fix it. In order for our relationship to be restored a payment needed to be made for sin. This payment was the life and death of Jesus Christ. The perfect, sinless sacrifice.
Romans 5:18 “Consequently, just as one sin resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people.”
So…..Jesus Christ, fully God, fully man came to Earth and lived a sinless life that we could never live. 1 Peter 2:22 “He committed no sin, and no deceit was found in His mouth”. He was crucified on a cross, taking upon Himself the sins, past and present of every person ever born, died and was buried completing the payment due for our sins. He became the perfect substitute.
Jesus Christ alone forgives and removes our sins so we can know God personally and experience His love, peace, forgiveness and freedom forever.
God’s offer of salvation is a free gift that can only be received by grace (His unmerited favor), through faith in Jesus Christ, apart from any works mankind can do.
Ephesians 2:8-9 “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—-not by works, so that no one can boast”. What must we do to receive God’s gift of salvation?

MAN’S RESPONSE:
Romans 10:9 “If you declare with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
We must talk with God and confess our sins, agreeing that we need forgiveness of these sins and ask Him to help us turn away from them.
After confessing we must receive Jesus Christ by placing our trust and total belief in Him. 1 John 4:15 “If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God.

GOD’S POWER:
God’s spirit is now living in you. He changes us. The Holy Spirit gives us power and He produces good fruit in and through us. (2 Corinthians 5:17, Acts 1:8, and Galatians 5:22-24)

GOD’S PROMISE:
But, that’s not the end of the story. The Bible goes on to say “the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23

BEGIN TALKING WITH GOD:
Heavenly Father, I am ready to completely surrender my life to You. Every part. Past, present and future. I submit all control over to You and will need you to help me do this everyday. Thank you for the gift of salvation and the incredible gift of adoption. Thank You that I am now a child of God and a son/daughter in Your family. Teach me to live in the fullness of Your grace and love. Amen!
